Love means when you feel connected when you feel happy when you feel joyful when you feel loving about anything in your life,
- it can be a thing.
- A person.
- An activity.
- Your job.
- Anything in your life.
Whenever you feel love for something, you activate positive energy within you, especially love for something that is positive.
There are people who love negative things, and those are not loved. Those are addictions and distractions. Those are escaping from reality.
Does positive thinking work
We are still not going in the direction because though you have many things to love in your life and you really love many things, but 99% or 50 or 60% or 80% time, your focus is on what is going wrong in your life.
So what is the best way to change is basically to change, is to shift your focus with, draw your focus on, focus on whatever positive is there in your life, whatever that is positive in your life that you love it.
30 X 30 Challenge to change your life
Which means every single day you are going to look for and note down 30 things in your life.
It can be,
- Things (your phone, car, home, office desk, laptop, etc.)
- People (your partner, parents, friend, son or daughter, pet or anyone)
- Activities (playing, driving, running, working on, reading, listening to positive music, talking to someone, etc.
- or whatever you have at your home or office or object that you see around
Every single day you note down 30 things to change your life. You should write that ‘I love’ and then note down that 30 things. You are going to do it continuously for 30 days.
At the end of 30 days, you will be having 900 things or 900 items on your list. Some of them can be repetitive after a few days, and it’s absolutely beautiful, but at least you note down 900 activities, and that’s going to be awesome.
You will see a significant change happening in your life.

Where do you write it?
Preferably, you write it in your journal, diary, or notebook. If you can’t do that, then you can write it in your phone or laptop
If you write in your hand, then it will be more powerful.
What is the best time to do it?
You can do it at any time, but if you can do it in the morning, it will be much more powerful for you because in the morning, you will feel more energy without distraction or anything, and your whole day will be very positive.
If you can’t do it in the morning, do it whenever possible. If you cannot do it all through the day, then do it at night before going to sleep.
Do not get disheartened.
Just look into your day and try to find out
- What the good things I had today are?
- What are the things I love today?
You don’t have to limit yourself for any particular thing, or you don’t have to just focus on your goals or those areas of life where you are manifesting.
When you activate more and more positive energy in any area of life, that energy will eventually reach all the other areas of life. That is the key.
