Who Are the Shazam! New Characters? fury of the gods

Shazam! Fury of the Gods

Nevertheless, Shazam! Although there aren’t many new characters in Fury of the Gods, those there are nonetheless interesting.

The role of Hespera played by Helen Mirren. She the first child of the Altas, an all-powerful extraterrestrial creature known as a Titan who gave Shazam his stamina. Although Hespera doesn’t have a comic book counterpart, she influenced by the Hesperides, figures from Greek mythology. These creatures are nymphs, legendary female figures representing nature’s spirits. Hesperides are nymphs of nights and sunsets, the offspring of Atlas, who alternate between assisting and controlling those who stumble into a garden with a golden apple tree. However, the Hesperide in Shazam! Indeed, evil is there in Fury of the Gods.

Kalypso, another daughter of Atlas, played by Lucy Liu. Like her older sister, Kalypso isn’t based on any existing DC Comics characters; instead, she is based on Calypso, a figure from Greek mythology. Calypso, a nymph and the offspring of Atlas, guards the island of Ogygia in Homer’s Odyssey. Calypso falls in love with Odysseus while he marooned on Ogygia and holds him there for seven years. They later force Calypso to let go of Odysseus after appealing to the gods for help. For Shazam! Although the first trailer doesn’t show Kalypso, the villain from Fury of the Gods, enticing her enemies with song and dance like she did in the Odyssey, she does grow enormous vines in a stadium.

Anthea, the youngest daughter of Atlas, portrayed by Rachel Zegler. Like her sister, Anthea is based on Greek mythology rather than DC Comics. She is a princess of the Greek city Thespiae in the latter, and she has a son with Hercules. For Shazam! But in Fury of the Gods, Anthea is a Titan, not a human. Anthea may change her mind during the movie since she seen shouting at the dragon in the first trailer with Jack Dylan Grazer’s Freddy Freeman. Grazer’s Freddy Freeman and Anthea may seen yelling at the dragon approaching them in the first teaser, so she may change her mind later in the movie.

Describe Shazam! About (And What’s the Rating) for Fury of the Gods?

Shazamofficial !’s storyline summary has yet to made public by Warner Bros. We’ll attempt to deduce the plot of Fury of the Gods based on what is seen in the first trailer.

Billy probably begins this sequel questioning whether he’s a superhero good enough. He finds it difficult to control his siblings’ superpowers as they each have their own agendas. However, the Wizard figure, played by Djimon Hounsou, who gave Billy abilities before dissipating into dust in the previous film, finally informs him that the Daughters of Atlas are pursuing him.

The sisters repaired the Wizard’s power-transferring staff that Billy shattered in the previous movie because they think kids stole godly capabilities. They’ll probably use it to reclaim these abilities from the Shazam Family. That is all we currently know, although the film undoubtedly has further shocks that were not shown in the trailers.

Will There Be a Third Shazam! Movie?

One more Shazam! Although the movie has not yet revealed, we can still forecast where the series will go following the second installment.

Dwayne Johnson portrays Black Adam, the Wizard’s previous champion, in a single film released a few months before Shazam! Wrath of the gods Black Adam is a villain/anti-hero who frequently crosses heads with Shazam in the comics. The two Shazam! Movies’ director, David F. Sandberg, hinted on Instagram that Black Adam would there. Fury of the Gods, so he’ll make an appearance in a post-credits scene hinting at an epic clash between him and Shazam in the latter character’s third film.

Dr. Sivana, played by Mark Strong, is another. To repeat, the mid-credits sequence of the first movie depicts a helpless Sivana imprisoned. And attempting to return to Shazam’s hideout, the Rock of Eternity, when he encounters a talking worm who requests a partnership. Many comic book fans will recognize this talking worm as none other than Mister Mind, a telekinetic lousy guy and one of Shazam’s first adversaries. Many comic book plots have Sivana revive Black Adam. However, the latter’s solo movie already depicts Black Adam as having resurrected in the present. In Shazam! 3, Sivana and Mr. Mind may have tricked Black Adam into killing Shazam, but the two champions will band up to defeat them. All we can do is wait and see.

Since James Gunn has made many changes to the DC Extended Universe (DCEU). Peter Safran appointed as the company’s new chief, and some fans were concerned that this may mean Shazam would have a new role or that the series would be reinvented. Fans may also anticipate the actor wearing the dazzling red outfit in the third film, assuming it’s being made since Zachary Levi since stated that the recasting claims untrue.
